Have you ever wondered what a Big Mac would cost in India or Japan?
Well, the good people over at The Economist have done the math for you. The “Big Mac Index” ( http://www.economist.com/content/big-mac-index) takes a lighthearted look at macro-economics by comparing the price of a commercial burger in different countries.
When looking at Canada’s macro-economic outlook, it can be really overwhelming. To make it a little easier and perhaps more “digestible”, The Economist’s The Big Mac Index helps put in all in to perspective. This a very handy and intuitive guide that helps explain the cultural and economic differences with the base comparison of a Big Mac.
